Returns
Imperial Systems does not accept returns on non-stocked items. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the measurements prior to finalizing an order. Returns will only be accepted within thirty days of date of shipment. The item must be unused and in the original packaging in order to return it. If the error is our mistake, we reserve the right to exchange the product at our cost or issue a refund. Returns are at our discretion and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for paying the return freight of their item.
Refunds will only be considered on items that arrive damaged or defective. Damaged items must be noted with the freight carrier upon receipt, or no consideration of refund will be made. If a customer ordered the correct item and the wrong item arrived
We do our best to ensure our website and process is error free. If this does happen, we will either replace your order with the correct product or refund your money. Don’t worry in this case, the freight is also on us!
If a customer’s order arrived damaged
We have been doing this for years and we are very selective on which freight carriers are hired to ship our products. Filters especially are a fragile item and at times things happen. If your item arrived damaged in transit, you must first ensure that the bill of lading is noted with the driver /freight carrier. Then, contact Imperial Systems at help@isystemsweb.com to get your replacement on the way.
If a customer ordered the wrong item
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the specifications supplied match those of the filter they are using. In cases where the filter is a stock filter, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying the return freight. The items must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.
If a customer ordered the wrong filter media in error
All our filters on this website are designed in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer specifications in mind. We take great care to provide a product as good or better than the original. There are many filters that are the same size but are made with different media. Please click here to review the filter media descriptions to compare to the media that was specified by the OEM. If you choose to go with a different media, you need to ensure your filters will not affect the operation of your equipment and you maintain a proper air to cloth ratio.
